a quick itinerary

Feb 2 - fly into Wellington via Amsterdam/London/Bangkok/Sydney and meet up with Lynn.
ferry to the south island and stay in Nelson then go up to the Abel Tasman National park in the Golden Bay to go sea kayaking
go south along the west coast until we get to the Franz Joseph Glacier
continue south until we arrive at Lake Wanaka where the mountain biking beckons.
fly from Queenstown back up to Wellington and meet up with Verena
fly to Sydney where Raj is waiting and then West to the Blue Mountain and Katoomba (where it rained...the biggest disappointment of the trip)
South to surf
Fly north via Brisbane to Proserpine/Airlie Beach and the Whitsundays on south part of the Great Barrier Reef.
